Get a faster answer
- Where's my order? Include your order number (it's in your confirmation email). Tracking numbers are emailed within 2 to 3 days of your order shipping.
- Will it fit? Send the product link and the wearer's measurements. We'll confirm the best size before you buy, so nobody ends up a very tight vampire.
- Need to return something? Start with our refund policy, then email us your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions.
- Arrived damaged or wrong? Email a photo with your order number and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
- Changed your mind? Email us before your order is dispatched (usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering) and we'll cancel it at no charge.

One note on returns: please don't ship anything back until we've emailed you instructions. Items go back to the warehouse they came from, and we'll tell you exactly where that is.
