- Order updates: include your order number (it's in your confirmation email). Tracking numbers are emailed within 2–3 days of your order shipping.
- Sizing help: send the product link and the wearer's measurements — we'll confirm the best size before you buy.
- Returns: start with our refund policy, then email us your order number and reason. We'll take it from there.
- Damaged or wrong item: email a photo with your order number and we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
