Shipping Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with THESAVVYSQUIRREL LLC, doing business as All Halloween Costumes. Sections A through C cover United States orders; Section G covers international orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

United States:

Order amount $100 and up - Free Shipping

Order amount below $100 - Shipping Cost $9.95

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

  • In general, shipments are in transit for 7 – 15 business days (Monday to Friday); allow up to 18 business days during peak Halloween season. Please order by October 10 to receive your costume before Halloween.
  • Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
  • Order handling time is 1 - 2 business day (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS

Orders ship directly from our partner suppliers' warehouses. Final delivery in the United States is typically by USPS. Multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package, sometimes days apart. Every order includes tracking, emailed within 2 – 3 days of shipping.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@allhalloweencostumes.com.

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

G. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries outside the United States.

  • International shipping is a flat $19.95 per order.
  • Order handling time is 1 – 2 business days. International shipments are in transit for 12 – 20 business days; allow longer during peak Halloween season and around local holidays.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country. These are set by your government, are not included in our prices or shipping charge, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusing a parcel because of customs charges does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
  • Tracking is provided for every international order. Once a parcel enters the destination country, delivery is handled by the local postal service.
  • Returns from outside the United States follow our Return & Refund Policy; return shipping and any customs fees on the return are at your expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
