Accepted payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
Security
All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout. Your card details are encrypted end to end and are never stored on our servers. We never see your full card number.
When you are charged
Your card is charged when you place your order. If your bank declines a payment, the order is not placed; try another payment method or contact your bank. Shop Pay Installments splits eligible orders into payments over time under terms shown to you at checkout.
Currency
All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). If you pay with a card issued outside the United States, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Import duties and taxes on international orders are charged separately by your country on delivery and are not collected by us.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of our receiving the returned item, or right away for a cancellation made before dispatch. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it. See our Return & Refund Policy.
A charge you don't recognize
Email info@allhalloweencostumes.com with the date and amount before contacting your bank. We can usually resolve it the same day, and it saves everyone the paperwork of a dispute.
