Poorly Packaged

I was really excited about these horror icon characters, but after waiting nearly 3 weeks and they finally arrived, I was floored with anger and disappointment. The box was crushed on one end and after opening I found there wasn't any bubble wrap or anything at all to protect the action figures. They were just placed in a box. Now they are crushed and completely unacceptable. I will be returning for a replacement or refund.
